Signature Non Escorted Tours Terms and Conditions
Signature Non Escorted Tours
A minimum $250.00 deposit per person ($500.00 pp for Barnbougle & King Island Tours) must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee your position on your selected tour. The remainder of your tour costs are to be paid no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of your tour. Payments are available via bank transfer, credit card, or paypal. Please note, payments made by paypal will incur a 2% transaction fee.
Ezypay Direct Debit Payments
Clients are now able to pay via direct deposit for selected tours and events. To be eligible, tours/events must have a minimum value of $500.00 and be a minimum of 2 months in advance. A minimum $100.00 is to be paid for the first transaction with the remaining balance split over the desired payment schedule. Plans can be scheduled for weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. The total amount of your tour/event must be received no later than 28 days in advance of your tour/event. Clients will be charged a $2.20 setup fee upon their first payment, as well as a transaction fee of $0.33 + 1.54% for each amount charged. Should your payment fail for any reason such as insufficent funds, card problems, etc. you will be charged a failed transaction fee of $9.79 on top of other fees as already listed. If payments fall behind by 28 days and no contact can be made or no attempt to maintain payments, your tour/event will be cancelled and no refund of money already paid will be available. All cancellations will be met with an administration fee. These fees will be as follows;
• More than 28 days prior to Tour commencement – 25 % of deposit
• 28 – 14 days prior to Tour commencement – 50 % of deposit
• Less than 14 days prior to Tour commencement – 100 % of deposit
Cancellations by Signature Golf Tours
Signature Golf Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time prior to commencement for any reasons such as safety issues for our guests and staff, threats of terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or any other such events that would otherwise jeopardise the safety of our guests and staff. In the instance that Signature Golf Tours cancels a tour, guests will be given the option of a full refund of monies paid, or choose an alternative tour of their liking. If the cost of the alternative tour is more than the original tour, the guest must pay the outstanding amount prior to the tour commencing. If the alternative tour has a cost which is less than the original tour, the total amount leftover will be refunded to the guest.
On the occasion that any outside service or provider of Signature Golf Tours cancels or does not deliver what is stated in the tour itinerary, Signature Golf Tours shall take no responsibility for such events. However, we will endeavour to take action against said service or provider to obtain a refund or a satisfactory alternative for said product or service.
All included travel arrangements are outlined in each tour itinerary such as accommodation, transfers, golf course access, event tickets, etc. All tour information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of printing, however changes to tours can/may occur. We will ensure that guests will be made aware of any changes to tour itineraries when/if they arise.
Tour exclusions include meals, flights, travel insurance, passport and visa fees, outside activities from tour itinerary, transfers outside of tour itinerary, personal items, etc. unless stated in tour itinerary.
Golf Club Membership, Information and Handicap Details
Certain Golf Clubs that Signature Golf Tours visits require guests to provide golf membership and golf handicap information before being allowed access to the golf course. This is not common practice amongst the vast majority of golf courses but it can/will happen. We recommend that you travel with such information if the occasion arises that you are asked to provide such details. Signature Golf Tours will endeavour to advise guests of particular facilities that require this information in our tour itineraries or prior to commencement of tour. Signature Golf Tours takes no responsibility for any guest that is denied access to a golf course facility if they cannot provide such information on request.
Signature Golf Tours will accept no responsibility for any adverse playing and course conditions due to bad weather, course maintenance or damage caused by any individual or group.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
All guests are to conduct themselves in a respectful manner so as to not disrupt any other tour guests or members of the public. Guests will be responsible for their own actions. Any guest acting in a disrespectful, dangerous, criminal, etc. manner may be asked to leave the golf course, accommodation, tour, etc. and no refund will be issued. Guests are also solely responsible for any item or service they may be utilising such as golf carts, accommodation, hire vehicles, etc. and will be responsible for any damage caused.
Certain accommodation providers that Signature Golf Tours utilise for tours will require guests to provide credit card details for security deposits and for cover against any incidentals that may occur during your stay. Guests will be liable for any such incidentals, fees and charges that may arise from this. Signature Golf Tours will not be held liable for such incidentals, fees or charges.
It is the responsibility of each guest that they have the correct travel insurance in place to cover personal illness, accident, cancellations, theft or loss of personal items, evacuation, etc. It is a requirement that all guests of Signature Golf Tours have obtained travel insurance prior to commencing a tour with a copy of coverage provided to Signature Golf Tours prior to commencement. Travel insurance is not included in any Signature Golf Tours tour.
Passport and Visa Requirements
If required, each guest must carry a valid passport and have the appropriate visas in place when on a Signature Golf Tours tour. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your return date. It is each guest’s responsibility to ensure that they have obtained the correct visa for your travel. Signature Golf Tours will accept no responsibility if a guest is refused entry to a country due to incorrect passport and visa documentation.
Photography and Media
All photography, videography and other media that are obtained during the hosting of a tour will remain the property of Signature Golf Tours. We may also use such photography, videography or other media in any future advertising material that we see fit. This can/will include use on our website, social media accounts, and television, radio, or print publications.
